This project was carried out through Maze and was a complete refurbishment of an existing office.
Completed works
2 New Mitsubishi Electric Split Systems with a 75m pipe run on cable tray were installed into a newly built comms room.
With the certain floors still functioning as a normal working office, routes for pipework under floors and within false walls, the air conditioning installation proved difficult, as there were limited access points and our engineers had to be considerate of their working environment.
Bms interfaces and a centralized touch controller was also installed to allow control from various points.
The project was completed on time and to everyone’s satisfaction.
