This air conditioning project was carried out through Priory and was a complete refurbishment / extension of an existing office.

Situated in Esher, Mechcool were instructed by Priory to remove all existing plant ready for the refurbishment.
3 New Mitsubishi Electric vrf condensing units and 1 split system all running on R410A were linked up to multiple ducted and wall mounted units.
Our experienced engineers were able to recover and remove all refrigerant to Refcom and heath and safety recommendations.
With various tradesmen to liase and work on site with it made the installation relatively easy and straight forward.
The project was completed on time to everyone’s satisfaction.
